To all readers
We are sad to announce that due to last night’s new restrictions
introduced by the Prime Minister, we will have to
temporarily cease production of Frome Times.
Our latest edition – which our wonderful staff had worked on right up to the last minute – was printed but sadly cannot now be delivered.
But it is still available online to read at the link below.
We would urge everyone who can, to read the online edition which contains lots of advice and contact numbers for support groups. Please use these – and pass the information on to elderly/vulnerable people that you know (by phone only, of course).
Keep visiting our website; we will be working hard to bring you news and updates including news about the fantastic work still being done in our community to help the most vulnerable.
We are a family-run business and we would like to pay tribute to our wonderful team, including our deliverers who were waiting and willing to bring you this latest edition.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your support over the years – long may it continue! Together, we will come through this and emerge from it as a stronger community than ever before.
Please follow the Government’s advice and stay indoors
unless absolutely necessary.
Look after each other and stay safe.
Ian and Susan Drew, Kate Drew and Joe McCann
and all the team at Frome Times.
