GLAMOROUS Abba tribute show Waterloo will be playing at Frome’s Memorial Theatre this Saturday 14th March.
Waterloo is a brand new show celebrating the music of one of the best-selling music artists of all time – Abba.
In 1974 the little known Swedish pop group swept to superstardom with their Eurovision winning ‘Waterloo’, and four decades later the song and the band remain as popular as ever.
Now, the tribute show ‘Waterloo’ looks back at the sensational rise of Agnetha, Bjorn, Benny and Anni-Frid, and gives fans the opportunity to experience the thrill of a live Abba show!
The unique Abba sound is replicated with attention to detail by a full live cast and band, with stunning costumes and breathtaking choreography.
Lyrics penned by Benny and Bjorn themselves are sung in captivating harmony from the opening refrain to the final sing-along chorus of this two-hour spectacular.
Waterloo is presented by Sweeney Entertainments and produced and directed by James Baker.
The show will start at 7.30pm on Saturday 14th March. Tickets are £18 each, and are available from the theatre in person, on 01373 462795 or www.fromememorialthe atre.org.uk.
