LOCAL charity Active and In Touch Frome will be holding its annual general meeting at Frome Medical Centre next Wednesday at 11.30am.
The charitable association has been helping lonely and isolated people in and around Frome to reconnect with their communities since 2011.
Chairman Charles Wood said, “We help people via a dedicated and much appreciated volunteer effort, supported by a valued partnership with Somerset You Can Do and caring and very active paid coordinator support.
“We are getting busier and busier as time goes on, and increasingly rely on donations of funds to meet this need.
“We are holding our AGM on Wednesday 22nd June in the Frome Medical Centre at 11:30am. Anyone wishing to hear what we have been doing, hope to do in the future, and how we operate, is welcome to attend.”
