The last few months have been very busy behind the scenes at the Cheese & Grain.
A new ticketing system has been introduced which is a modern innovative system, cloud based and offers much more flexibility and scope with ticket sales and marketing. Tracey Rawlins, Marketing Manager is pleased with the improvements. She said, “The new system allows us to offer an excellent service both for a customers who come to our own shows but also allows us to move forward as a box office for other venues, festivals and events. We are looking to broaden our client base over the forthcoming year.”
Along with the Ticketing system comes a new look website for the Cheese and Grain designed by local web designer Wilf Swann.
“We are delighted with the new look, its clean, simple and easy to use,” explains Tracey, “A major plus point for our customers is the cost to purchase tickets online has practically halved! We have also noticed a huge surge in site visits and sales online, its definitely a good time to consider advertising on our website if you are a local business.”
Along with the technological advancements the Cheese and Grain are busy organising their own events.
