THE Frome Carnival duck race has been rescheduled for Sunday 17th September at 2pm.
The original race, planned for earlier in the month, was unavoidably cancelled on the day.
A Frome Carnival representative said, “Our huge thanks to those who paid for a duck and supported us in the wet weather.
“We are so sorry that the race could not happen as planned. Unfortunately the boat was unexpectedly not there and in order to safely get our 1,000 yellow ducks out, this is essential.”
The rescheduled race on 17th September, will start at the Bailey Bridge.
