POSTSCRIPT has been crowned as the winner of this year’s Carnival Window Competition – for the third year in a row!
The Frome Times and the Frome Carnival committee teamed up to run the competition, with local shops decorating their windows to celebrate the town’s Carnival.
The runners-up trophy was awarded to two windows this year, new entry The Rose Garden and Absolutely Fabulous.
On winning, Gary Yoxall director at Postscript said, “The left window was hand drawn by Bridie, Natasha Hutton (lead designer) and Leonie Moreland (customer assistant). Having won this important award for the past two years, we were determined to give this window our best shot. The design took three hours to hand draw and winning was all the more appreciated as a result of our fantastic staff’s efforts.”
