The Frome Memorial Theatre’s £60,000 appeal for their stage lighting is progressing well, with much of the stage lighting up-date now completed, and more work to be carried out when funds are available.
Trustees of the Memorial say, “The generosity of our theatre patrons, as always, has been very encouraging.
“We have recently had a very generous donation of £500 from the Southern Co-operative store at Badcox Frome. Frome Memorial theatre volunteer Keith Sanders, (a regular customer of the Co-op) mentioned to the manager, Josh King, that the theatre was needing funds towards our lighting appeal, Josh very kindly asked his company if they could help, and ‘yes’ was the quick answer.”
