A FUN day organised in memory of the late Andrew Gillard, former Frome resident, raised £7,443.60 for the Friends of Bristol Haematology and Oncology Centre.
Family and friends of Andrew organised the family fun day on Saturday 15th September at Rode Cricket Pavilion to raise funds for the unit which cared for Andrew before he died of cancer last December.
During the day there was tractor rides, welly wanging, skittles, donkey rides, live music and more.
Organisers say, “A great day was had by all that attended. We would like to thank everyone that helped, donated or just came along and had a lovely family day out.”
