It will take place on September 22nd, starting 7pm at the Assembly Rooms, Christchurch Street West, and is open to everyone, especially those who have attended previous meetings. The meeting will be presenting the top outcomes of the panel and asking attendees to help shape what will be delivered to the council as recommendations. The Town Council is asking performers, community groups, venues, and anyone who has attended previous sessions to gather for what will be the most important meeting of the series.
Deputy Mayor Al O’Kane, who chairs the panel, said, “These are exciting times – this is where we’ll all have the opportunity to help decide what we’re taking to the full council – to be discussed. We have identified lots of ideas, issues and recurring themes that hopefully can be worked on.
“It’s really important that as many people as possible attend this last session because we want it to be representative and productive.”
The meeting is open to the public and press. Anyone who would like to be involved, but is unable to attend can email their thoughts to admin@frometowncouncil.gov.uk. For further information, call Mark Brookes on 01373 465757 or email Brookesm@frometowncouncil.gov.uk
