Frome Selwood Tennis Club have been accepted onto an LTA initiative that has been inspired by last year’s Davis Cup win – the first for Britain in 79 years.
The club will be offering a course of six free one-hour group lessons to ten children aged 5-8 years old who have not previously had any tennis coaching. The course will be run by one of the tennis club’s coaches who has been trained by Davis Cup captain, Leon Smith. In addition to the free lessons, those who successfully complete the course will be offered a free tennis racket too.
Places for the course are on a first-come, first-served basis and can be booked, from April 4th via the web link
