This year’s Frome Festival includes a record number of 56 free events.
Perennial favourites return like the Food Feast on Saturday 5th July, and the Artist’s Open Studios on the 5th and 6th, 12th and 13th, whilst the ever popular Hidden Gardens has been extended to Friday 11th, Saturday 12th, and Sunday 13th July (a map can be purchased for £4.50).
In addition, the Frome Festival incorporates many activity events run by the new Frome Children’s Festival, which will continue its work into the school summer holidays.
Frome Town Band and the Terry Hill Big Band will entertain on the Victoria Park Bandstand in the 10 day festival, whilst East Woodlands Church will host another wonderful classical concert by the London Violin and Viola Virtuosi, inviting donations only after the performance.
Free guided walks, yoga and health related sessions abound in the festival programme, and as ever, local pubs are presenting an amazing range of mainly free events every night of the festival.
