THE 25th season of Frome Lions’ winter charity quiz nights gets under way on Friday 6th October at Frome Rugby Club, commencing at 8pm.
Frome Lions say, “Over the past 24 years, the quizzes have raised the staggering sum of £26,800 for the Frome Lions charity fund, which has benefited countless individuals and organisations in Frome and the surrounding villages during that time. It is believed to be the longest continuously running quiz in the Frome area. A sincere thank you goes to all the people who have taken part in them over the years and to Frome Rugby Club for hosting every one of them since we first started back in January 1993.”
