Frome marks Red Nose Day

Schools across Frome marked Red Nose Day this month.   The day, on Friday 20th March, raises funds for Comic Relief, which supports causes in the UK and around the world.

Pupils at St John’s First School had a non-school uniform day with a red theme. The School Council children also ran a competition to create a ‘kindness poster’ inside a red nose outline.

Oakfield Academy dressed in red for the day and children at Hayesdown First School brought a selection of cakes to the school and held a cake sale at the end of the school day.
