CHILDREN across Frome schools raised money for the annual Children in Need appeal, held on Friday.
Students from St John’s School created a giant Pudsey out of spare coins, while staff and pupils at Oakfield Academy raised a whopping £660 through a mufti-day and cake sale.
A spokesperson for Oakfield said, “Even Acorn, the Academy dog, entered into the spirit of things!”
