THE Cheese and Grain will host a huge live Professional Wrestling event on Sunday 24th September as CSF Wrestling Showdown comes to town!
The event has seen continuous sold-out events for years, with this being a special edition of the event as the company reaches 25 years of holding bouts in the area. These events started way back in the summer of 1998 and 25 years later, fans of all ages are still flocking to each date held across the county.
As always, only the top stars from the UK and beyond will feature. The headline match-up will see the prestigious CSF All Nations Championship on the line as reigning champion Jake McCluskey faces the challenge of former WWE NXT star Joel Redman. In an international heavyweight bout, the Maori Warrior NIWA will clash with ‘English Lion’ Eddie Ryan whilst Tag Team legends Bane ’n’ Bronson have thrown an open challenge to face any tag team in the country!
In total 12 top stars will do battle in five pro bouts of high flying, bone crunching, gravity defying, action packed family entertainment. Event promoters have said how pleased they are to be able to continue hosting these events for a quarter of a century and have promised yet another night of action that no fan will want to miss.

Doors open at the Cheese and Grain on Sunday 24th September at 4.30pm with showtime set for 5pm. The event will finish by 7.30pm, with the wrestlers then available to greet fans, pose for photos and sign autographs.
