RESURRECTION, a Stone Roses tribute act will be playing at the Cheese and Grain on Friday 8th December.
‘Resurrection,’ formed in 1998 are based in Glasgow. They have toured with many celebrities including Mani (The Stone Roses/ex Primal Scream) with whom they performed live onstage with, at the world famous King Tut’s Wah Wah Hut.
Resurrection has also played many sold out shows all over the UK and Ireland to hundreds of thousands of Stone Roses fans and have toured with Inspiral Carpets members Clint Boon and Tom Hingley and also with Phil Smith (Oasis/Noel Gallagher tour DJ) and have many celebrity fans from bands such as The Stone Roses/ Primal Scream/The High/ Inspiral Carpets/The Smiths/ The Seahorses/ Shed 7/808 State/Death In Vegas/ New Order/Freebass & Snow Patrol among others. They will also be supported by Oas-is, an Oasis tribute band where Stuart and Aarron, singing as Noel and Liam, will be playing a rare acoustic set, which promises to be a mass sing-along.
DJ Matt James will also be playing big indie and baggy classics throughout the night.
