Steve Booker of The Royal Somerset Lodge Frome, recently made a presentation of £1,200 to Jessica Hancock, sales and events co-ordinator for the RNLI.
This money came from Steve’s fund raising during his year as master of the lodge which ended in October 2014.
A small group from the lodge accompanied Steve on the visit to the headquarters in Poole, and after the cheque presentation they went on a 90 minute tour of the training college which included a session in the lifeboat simulator.
