THE Frome Festival Treasure Hunt was the one event the organisers were able to go ahead with this year after the Covid-19 outbreak, and drew 95 entrants.
They said, “The treasure hunt required competitors to identify landmarks in Frome, some of which are hard to find.
“The photographs were taken by Elisita Kemp of Elisita Photography and her daughter Valentina Kemp-Eddy. Quizmaster Paul Hewitt provided the clues. The event was sponsored by Annette Gabbedy, who provided a jewellery voucher for her hand-crafted jewellery of up to £200.
“Four teams managed to get all correct answers so the winner was decided by a draw. Rachel White and Toby Bond were the first names out of the hat. Consolation prizes of Frome Festival mugs and illustrated cards went to Annie Callan, Anji Whittamore, Chris & Becca Kennedy.”
All of the correct answers can be found on the Frome Festival website: www.fromefestival.co.uk
