Following on from the successful start of the year, the team at Marston Foods, along with sponsors Frome Ladies Hockey Club, Paul Ryman and Harrison Collis have got a lot going on in the next few months in their aim to raise £25,000 between them for the three chosen charities of the year.
Paul has just returned from the Triathlon World Championship in Chicago where he culminated his dream year of competing, by winning an amazing bronze world medal – despite the storms and tough competition!
New sponsor 8-year-old Harrison Collis, came first in the South West BMX Championship last weekend to become South West Champion and the Ladies Hockey Team start their season this Saturday in a tough match against Yeovil and Sherborne.

Inside Marston Foods HQ, the technical team are still buzzing from their sky dive from 15,000 feet and the production crew were busy limbering up ready for Tough Mudder, which they completed on Saturday, 26th.

Hannah Culff from PAC, one of the business’ three chosen charities says, “We’re so thrilled that Marston Foods have chosen us as one of their charity partners for 2015.
“Positive Action on Cancer relies heavily on the local community and without the support of local businesses we would not be able to continue the work that we do supporting adults and children who are affected by cancer in the local area.”
Janet Millar from Frome-based Mama Upendo also said, “We’re really delighted to hear that we’ve been chosen by Marston Foods as one of their chosen charities for 2015.
“Mama Upendo Children’s Trust and the children of our orphanage in Kenya will benefit from their generosity. Our 49 children thrive in the loving safety of the home and this is entirely due to the support of donations. We are a Frome-based charity and many of our supporters are from Frome, so the partnership with Marston Foods can be very hands on. This support is crucial”
