Over several weeks, Sixth Form Hospitality students trialled and improved recipes to suit a multi-cultural international buffet, and invited teaches to attend.
The students organised the supply of the ingredients themselves, and asked the invited teachers to donate £6 towards the Dorothy House charity.
The teachers thoroughly enjoyed the feast, and gave high praise to the students on their great work.
Following the lunch, the students – together with principal, Gavin Ball – presented a cheque for the funds raised to Dorothy House of £59.10p.
