Making their annual excursion into the West Country, Blue Midnight return to the Griffin in Milk Street. with the space-folk-dub-brass-fiesta sound on Saturday 22nd November, 9pm – 11pm, with free entry.
a relatively rare sub-genre of popular music, they are described as an “eccentric crossover music combo”, and “musical Monty Python.” This trombone-toting, violin-vamping, bass-and-drum-beating ensemble, also happens to feature one of the UK’s finest harmonica players.
The Griffin says, “With combined musical experiences that range so far and wide that it’s quite rare to see them all together on the same continent, grab this chance to hear tracks from classic albums ‘Father of Apples’, ‘Balance’ and forthcoming release ‘White Moon’.
