Frome’s first busking competition for under 25s is due to take place on 10th March where young musicians will be asked to take part in Frome Busks.
The event will be on Saturday 10th March from 12pm-4pm, with live music taking place in key outdoor locations around the town centre.
Performances will change every 30 minutes through a number of different locations throughout the town, so there’ll be plenty of time to see all the acts.
Al O’Kane, Frome Town Council’s performing arts sponsor said, “With its wide variety of venues and live shows, Frome is well known for its impressive music scene. Frome busks will be an excellent opportunity to celebrate this passion, while supporting its talented young musicians. By holding it throughout the town centre, it will also act as a great excuse to explore the town and visit its many wonderful shops!”
