FROME Lions’ ‘Winter quiz nights’ are back!
“After missing the whole of last season due to the Covid-19 restrictions, Frome Lions are pleased to announce that their long running ‘Winter Quiz nights’ will recommence on Friday 8th October at Frome Rugby club, commencing at 8pm,” said event organiser and Lions member, Mike Geake.
“The cost of entry will be £12 per table (team of 4) and all proceeds will go to our charity fund to assist us in helping the less fortunate in Frome and surrounding villages.
“Further dates planned for the season are as follows: 12th November 2021; 7th January 2022; 11th February 2022; 18th March 2022; 22nd April 2022.
“A big thank you goes to all the people who have generously supported our quizzes over the years and to Frome Rugby Club for hosting the quizzes since we first started them way back in January 1993.”
