The weekend of 6th/7th June promises to be a hectic one at the Merlin Theatre.
An outdoor show is scheduled on ECOS on Sunday and Le Navet Bete on stage Saturday evening with their own madcap version of ‘Dick Tracy’.
With their work rooted in the ridiculous, Le Navet Bete’s ‘Dick Tracy’ is a physical comedy influenced by the world-famous detective incorporating fooling, original live music, plenty of audience interaction, lightning quick character changes, incredibly authentic accents spattered with mystery, malice and mischief.
There’s been a series of high-profile crimes right across the city. The police chief has put his best man on the job; will Tracy be able to save the day, get the girl and get to the bottom of who’s causing the mayhem? Or perhaps the truth is closer than he thinks..
Saturday 6th June at 7.45pm. Tickets £13, £11. Recommended age 7 plus.

Quantum Theatre’s styl-ish and whimsical production presents a flight of magical fancy where real life is unexpectedly entangled with the supernatural, where will-o’-the-wisp fairies, unsuspecting artisans and ardent young lovers are woven together by the finest gossamer thread.
