Some of the biggest names in Rock, Folk and Blues will be appearing at the Cheese & Grain in Frome in 2019.
Dr. Feelgood, Geno Washington, Groundhogs, Russ Ballard & Bob Henritt, Zoot Money, and Frankie Miller’s Full House are amongst the stars lined up for the R&B Festival with an incredibly rare visit from the legendary Nick Lowe and the sensational Los Straitjackets direct from the States.
Also lined up is the award-winning Irish folk superstar Sharon Shannon and her amazing band supported by World Music maestro Seckou Keita.
Legendary singer/songwriter Al Stewart will also be playing the venue on his “Hits & Misses Tour” performing all the classic material and rarities backed by the ace Chicago outfit The Empty Pockets.
Also look out for a special 50th Anniversary Show from high octane rockers Wishbone Ash, with support from the outrageous John Otway.
With the likes of cult hillbilly rockers Hayseed Dixie also being lined up and such luminaries as Gilbert O’Sullivan, Songhoy Blues and Living Colour all in the pipeline, it’s all set for another great year of music at the Cheese & Grain!
