Parents, children and staff welcome you all to Steiner Academy Frome‘s annual Advent Fair in their beautiful new building on Park Road.
Doors open with free entry on Saturday 21st November from 11.00am until 4.00pm and all are welcome. There will be over 40 amazing and varied stalls this year.
Katerina Cespivova, on behalf of the Academy said, “Each year parents work hard to bring a unique Fair experience to our community and this year we warmly open our doors to the public for our third annual Winter Advent Fair. Previously at Rook Lane Arts; now at Steiner Academy Frome on Park Road next to Victoria Park.”
Principal, Trevor Mepham said, “This is one of the high points of the year for our school community. A tremendous amount of work goes into creating a wonderful day and there are great purchases to be had too. This is also an opportunity for us to welcome the people of Frome and beyond to pay a visit to the school by the park.”
Expect to see beautiful crafts, seasonal gifts and unique Christmas presents for sale from over 40 eclectic stall holders, along with wonderful musical entertainment. There are wintery craft activities to take part in for adults and children alike – wreath making, candle dipping, gingerbread decorating to name just a few .
Children will enjoy the circus skills workshops, story telling grotto , puppet shows and don’t forget to look out for King Winter himself! The Lucky Dip Wizard can sometimes be found wandering amongst the stalls and halls too.
The main café will be serving up a healthy, hearty, hot lunch in the school’s new Auriol Hall which sits at the heart of the school’s new site. You will also find a relaxing cake café serving up delicious homemade cakes, quality teas and coffee and don’t forget to sample some tasty winter waffles.
The Advent Fair at Steiner Academy Frome is a great opportunity to browse for Christmas presents from eclectic stalls, eat heartily and be entertained by fantastic local musicians at this beautiful and friendly event for all the family and folks and one not to be missed from the diary.
